As a woman we are often conditioned in a very limited way regarding our sexual being. The information that Tantra gives us regarding this is a far more expansive and alive way to live as a woman, both in our own sexuality and in intimate relationships. In this weekend we will explore the Tantric path for women, where you will learn tantric techniques and meditations specifically designed for women to enhance sexuality and life energy. You will also learn about vaginal de-armoring, acupressure points to relax into your sexual being and breathwork for orgastic people. As well as looking at and healing some of the issues we women deal with when we move into intimate relating. Shakti comes from Sanskrit and means energy, so the invitation for you this weekend is to allow yourself to freely express your life force and learn to expand your sexual energy, for increased pleasure and ecstasy. Charlotte says about this weekend: In one of our recent Tantra weekends a a woman expressed her sadness about why not anybody had given her the information I shared in the group, earlier in life. I could really feel her pain and that is why I find it of vital importance to give this tantric approach on to more women, which is what I do in Shakti Delight. When I embarked on the path of Tantra, new doors to my sexuality opened and transformed, what I felt, lifetimes of pain and frustration regarding sexual conditioning. Shakti Delight DeepeningShakti Delight Deepening is the follow up on Shakti Delight and will take you deeper into freeing yourself and discovering your tantric potential. A prerequisite to be in the Deepening is that you have participated in a Shakti Delight weekend. In the beautiful nature of Venwoude we gather during five days, to a unique journey together with other women. A healing, loving and transforming journey, where we embrace and heal what has held us back and invite what we really want to live and have in our lives.
There will be laughter, tears, stillness, creative exploration, dancing,
sharing, healing, rituals, vision quest, yoga, meditation, relaxation and
excursions to power places in nature. In an atmosphere of trust and sisterhood with other women, we support each other to shine and flower as women.
The retreat is known for its quality of depth and sincerity, creating new possibilities for women to be in the world empowered, alive and passionate.
Charlotte Norell (Sweden) has for the past eleven years focused on courses for women and has inspired hundreds of women to come in contact with their true potential and passion. Woman and Goddess has been held in Sweden since 2000.
Charlotte commented on her 10-year jubilee in 2010:
When I look back at these 10 summers to the very first gathering, what then was baby steps into something new, a feminine-oriented spirituality, I am in awe. I have learned so much and I am still exploring, deepening every year into this mystery of Woman and Goddess. So many women have passed through and so many have reported how they have benefitted deeply from participating. The softness, the presence, the aliveness, the empowerment, the feelings, the nurturing, the touch and the healing, aaaahhh.... And all the beautiful sisters I have met, building friendships with other women beyond comparison and competition.

Practical
Prices vary on date of registration and preference of sleeping. All meals are included in these prices. Of course there is a limitation on availability on where to sleep. In total there are 10 places in the tipi, 12 dormitory, 6 double rooms and 10 single rooms. So please be quick if you have a clear preference.
